Dr. Felix Ideva is a distinguished leader and the Managing Director of Global Energy Leader (GEL), a project consulting firm committed to driving sustainable development across Africa. With an impressive academic background, Dr. Ideva holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (BLL) and a postgraduate qualification in Law. His diverse educational foundation equips him with a unique perspective on the intersection of business and legal frameworks, essential for navigating the complexities of government projects. In addition to his foundational degrees, Dr. Ideva has pursued advanced studies that further enhance his expertise. He earned multiple Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees specializing in Banking and Finance, Project Management, and General Management. This extensive training in various aspects of business management is reinforced by his Master in Business Law, allowing him to approach challenges with both strategic insight and legal acumen. Dr. Ideva's commitment to academic excellence culminated in a PhD in Business Management, where he specialized in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). His research focuses on fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth, aligning perfectly with GEL's mission to support MSMEs and reduce unemployment in Africa. As a visionary leader, Dr. Ideva is dedicated to leveraging his qualifications to facilitate impactful government projects that contribute to poverty eradication and youth development across West Africa. Project Manager & Financial Analyst – Linda Ezeugonwa
Linda Ezeugonwa is a highly accomplished financial analyst at Global Energy Leader (GEL), bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm. Currently pursuing her PhD in Accounting, Linda has established herself as a prominent figure in the field, combining rigorous academic research with practical experience in both the corporate sector and academia. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Accounting and Finance. This strong educational foundation equips her with the analytical skills necessary to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic insights that drive decision-making. Linda's career spans various managerial roles within the financial services industry, where she has honed her skills in financial planning, data analysis, and project management. Her extensive experience allows her to approach financial challenges with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and organizational needs. In addition to her corporate experience, Linda is also an esteemed lecturer at several universities in Benin Republic. Her dual role as an educator and practitioner enables her to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, enriching the learning experience for her students while staying abreast of the latest developments in finance.
